Thimblerig Books is the brainchild of writer-entrepreneur Jane Holland.

Founded back in 2011, Thimblerig Books continues to publish a number of commercial fiction and non-fiction titles every year by a range of writing names, including Jane Holland, Elizabeth Moss, Victoria Lamb, Beth Good and Pippa Summers among others, alongside new editions of historical romance titles by million-bestselling romantic novelist Charlotte Lamb, romantic comedy in collaboration with Viki Meadows, and children’s titles from Indigo Haynes, among other writers.

When not publishing others, Jane Holland is herself a prolific writer in numerous different genres under multiple pen-names. She hides her true identity under a different cup every time, in other words.

Which means Thimblerig Books is never short of publishing material… or readers eager to buy the latest offerings from Jane writing either as romcom queen Beth Good, Regency mistress Elizabeth Moss, Tudor historical writer Victoria Lamb, creamy Devon-based romantic novelist Pippa Summers, or indeed as Jane Holland herself, author of numerous bestselling contemporary thrillers, dual timeline suspense novels, romances and fantasy titles.

For traditional publishers, she also writes wartime sagas under the name Betty Walker, feel-good doggy fiction as Hannah Coates, tense modern thrillers as JJ Holland, plus poetry and non-fiction as Jane Holland.

Jane Holland’s debut thiller, Girl Number One, hit #1 in the UK Amazon Kindle store in December 2015, and was subsequently acquired by international publisher Thomas & Mercer, catapulting her into a life of crime. Her other publishers have included Sceptre, Bloodaxe Books, Transworld, Random House Children’s Books, Salt Publishing, Hodder and Stoughton, Quercus, Avon Books, Harlequin Mills and Boon, among others.
